The club
Everyone is welcome at our chess club!
Whether you're picking up a chessboard for the first time, returning to the game, or an experienced player, we'd love to meet you.
We also have a junior section, making the club a great place for young players to learn, improve and enjoy chess in a friendly and supportive environment.

Come along on a Monday or a Thursday.
Two evenings a week, every week. Turn up when you can — there is no need to book.

Juniors of all ages and abilities are welcome. On the last Thursday of each month we hold a mini tournament, which could be 5-minute chess or a variant, which is always fun!
